BOOKING CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
Please read these booking conditions carefully, they form an important part of the contract for your holiday.
Your contract is with Classic Adventure Ltd trading as Persian Voyages which is incorporated in England with limited liability.

- How to book
Call us to check availability of your chosen tour. When we confirm the availability, you are required to complete the booking form, accepting the terms of these booking conditions on behalf of all your party, and pay a deposit of £450 per person. For tailor made itineraries the booking form should be completed when the tour details have been finalised. - Confirmation of your booking
When we have received your booking form together with the deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking. It is from this moment that a contract will exist between you and Persian Voyages. - Passports, Visas, Health
Clients must have valid passports. We will tell you of the requirements and advise on obtaining a visa .
Information about vaccination is given in good faith, but without responsibility on the part of our company. - Insurance
It is obligatory for all our clients to be adequately insured. If you arrange your own travel insurance, you must supply details of your insurance arrangements with your booking form. Your travel insurance must cover the full duration of the tour in respect of at least medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment. - Paying for your holiday
The balance of the cost of your holiday must be paid on receipt of a final invoice at least 35 days before departure, unless we have notified you otherwise. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, return your deposit and apply the cancellation charge set out below. - If you alter, transfer or cancel your booking
If after your holiday is confirmed you wish to amend your booking e.g. to alter tour departure date or transfer it, we shall do our best to satisfy your requirements, however an administration fee of £20 will be charged. We must reserve the right to impose cancellation charges in respect of any changes made within 35 days of departure.
If it becomes necessary for you or any member of your party to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel within 35 days of departure, the following cancellation charges will apply:
35-25 days before departure 50%
26-15 days before departure 60%
14-1 days before departure 75%
Less than 24 hours 100%
The cancellation must be in writing made by the person who signed the booking form.
Note: If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you will be able to reclaim these charges. - If we change your booking
It is unlikely we will have to make any changes to your tour after you booked. However occasionally changes may have to be made, which we reserve the right to do at any time. - If we cancel your holiday
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your holiday and in such an event we will return to you all monies paid. - Complaints
We do our best to make your holiday a success. If you have any complaint during the tour you must notify the tour leader or our agent immediately, so the problem may be solved on the spot. We cannot accept liability if you fail to notify our agent during the trip about the complaint. If the problem remains unresolved, you must write and tell us as soon as you are back and in any event within 28 days and we will do our best to resolve it. If the unlikely event that you are still unhappy, you may refer the dispute to arbitration or alternatively you may refer the matter to any court of law. - Our responsibilities
Clients booking our tours should appreciate that services and facilities cannot always be expected to be of the same standard as in the UK. - (a) In cases where clients do not suffer physical injury, we accept liability if any parts of the tour arrangement booked with us is not supplied as described in this brochure. In such a case, we pay reasonable compensation if your enjoyment of the tour is adversely affected.
(b) We will pay no compensation if there is no fault on our part or our agent or supplier, and the reason for your failure to enjoy the tour was your fault, the action of someone unconnected with the tour, or unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our or our agents control, which could not have been avoided however careful we or our supplier might have been.
(c) If you suffer death or physical injury as a result of an activity forming part of the arrangements booked with us, we accept responsibility unless there is no fault on our part or supplier or agent, and the cause was your fault, the actions of someone unconnected with the tour or one which neither us nor our supplier or agent could have anticipated or avoided even with the exercise of all due care.
(d) Our acceptance of liability and amount of compensation payable in relation to clause (c) is limited in the case of transport by air rail or sea, as we were carrier within the applicable international convention.
(e) any arrangements you make independently while you are on the tour booked with us, which do not form part of the tour, are entirely at you own risk. - Contract
The contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions and is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts at all times. - Flights/delays
If we are asked by you to arrange your flight, we will provide your ticket from our ATOL holder agent. We do not accept any responsibility for any delay which might arise in bound or out bound and no refunds are given. It is highly recommended that you make sure that flight delay is included in your insurance policy.
